Completing the application indicates that the applicant has had the opportunity to review the landlord’s tenant selection criteria. Everyone who will occupy the property who is eighteen (18) years of age or older must fill out an application.

Complete the lease application and pay a nonrefundable application fee of $100 per applicant online to run:

  1. Credit Report with Score

  2. Criminal background check with sex offender

  3. Eviction check

  4. Verification of Employment

  5. Verification of Rental History

Documents Needed After Applying

  • Valid copy of a legible U. S. Government-issued photo I.D

  • 2 months of Pay stubs or Income Verification

  • Pet Picture and current vet records/vaccinations

Processing may take 3-4 business days. In the event multiple applications are received, all applications will be processed, presented to Landlord, and accepted based on mentioned criteria.

If/When Approved: Once you are approved you will be notified. The applicant will have 3 days to return a signed Residential Lease (TAR 2001), a Pet Agreement (TAR 2004) if applicable, and the pet fee and deposit in the form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to the Landlord.
